Jag blev nästan lite blind, jag färgade, blekte, plattade, drog ut löshår, hädde i löshår, och rent ut sagt misshandlade håret under en lång tid, utan att egentligen förstå det. Efter ett tag blekte jag igen, och sen tog jag ur löshåret, och DÅ, väldigt försent fattade jag att jag inte kan fortsätta såhär för då har jag inget kvar. Så jag färgade håret brunt, eftersom jag är brunett, då slipper jag utväxten (syns bara pyttelite nu) och håret var astunt och kort. Huvva vad jag hade ångest. Men då tänkte jag börja om. Jag köpte massa hårprodukter; hårinpackning, värmeskydd, olja och serum.
Nu gör jag såhär;
- tvättar håret var tredje-fjärde dag ungefär
- använder lite shampoo och mycket balsam
- använder inpackning varje/varannan gång
- kramar försiktigt ur vattnet när jag tvättat det, inte gnuggar med handduken
- här i olja i hela håret när det är fuktigt, och ibland serum i topparna
- använder sällan värmeverktyg, och när jag gör det använder jag mycket värmeskydd
- har det uppsatt/i fläta när jag sover
- låter det nästan alltid självtorka, använder sällan hårtork, och när jag gör det så använder jag också värmeskydd då
Jag har testat på ricinolja också, som blivit väldigt populärt för håret nu på senaste tiden.. och jag TROR att det funkade, tycker det blev tjockare och längre den lilla tiden jag använde det. men jag vet inte för jag upplevde också att jag tappade hår då jag hädde i det.
